PURPOSE: A method for controlling transactions through one way method interworking between multi systems with the use of garbage management is provided to consider garbage table registration as a deleting process by introducing a garbage management method, and to automatically process registered garbage at idle time, thereby magnifying efficiency of an interworking system. CONSTITUTION: A system operator requests an ISNMS(Integrated Service Network Management System) to generate a virtual link(101). The ISNMS requests a CSSM(Communication Service Session Management) unit to perform a trail connection with one way method(102). When a response to the request is received from the CSSM unit(103), the ISNMS confirms whether a response result is success or failure(104). If the response result is success, the ISNMS requests an ATM-NMS(ATM-Network Management System) to generate a virtual link(106). When a response to the request is received from the ATM-NMS(107), the ISNMS confirms whether a response result is success or failure(108). If the response result is success, the ISNMS informs the operator that the virtual link is successful(109).
