PURPOSE: A cellular phone mounting a video communication camera thereon is provided to enable a rotation unit to reverse a cover for a body, thereby enabling a user to photograph a self image and all images as reversing the body where the camera is installed while observing an LCD. CONSTITUTION: A video communication camera is installed either an inner side or an external side of a body(10) and an inner side or an external side of a cover(20). A hinge body(100) is rotatively installed on the body(10). A rotation unit is installed on the hinge body(100), and rotates the cover(20). A clutch unit is installed on the hinge body(100), and generates a certain stationary force while the cover(20) is open/shut on the body(10). The body(10) comprises as follows. The first switch senses that the cover(20) is open/shut. The second switch controls a pickup of the camera on a side of the body(10). The third switch senses that the cover(20) rotates.
