<p>A semiconductor laser device 1 comprises a stack-type semiconductor laser element 2 which is formed by piling up along a Y axis direction orthogonal to an X axis direction a plurality of stacks of array-type semiconductor laser elements 3 including a plurality of light emitting parts that are aligned in the X axis direction, where the X axial pitch P1 of the light emitting parts 21 and the Y axial pitch P2 of the light emitting parts 21 satisfy a relational expression of P1 < P2, and a second optical lens 5 which outputs beams that have been outputted from the light emitting parts 21 after rotating them by 90 degrees. <IMAGE></p> |
