The invention relates to a pipe connector, using a pipe the connecting end of which is greatly widened, to such a degree that the internal diameter of the connection end is the same dimension as the inner diameter of a pipe of the next size. It is thus possible to produce a pipe connection without a reduction in cross-section, without the need for fittings of a size corresponding to the intermediate dimensions. Furthermore the fitting employed may be a fitting which is used, in a connection method without widening of the tube end, for the next largest size of tube. |
