<p>Insulating material is made from recycled used rubber, vulcanized or not, mixed before application with a liquid resin binding agent and other optional fillers or additives. The rubber can be obtained from used tires or other rubber components from vehicles and industry, ground into granules of various sizes, filaments or powder, with the added resin making up between 10 and 25% of the mixture.
