The electrical brush system has brushes mounted radially on a mounting plate (17) that is located on a guide plug (30).This fits over a projecting section (14) of the motor rotor. The brushes engage the surface of the motor commutator (13). A seal element (21) locates in the plug to provide correct positioning during assembly.
