Method for controlling contract completion for a product has the following steps: an order phase (BPh), a planning phase (PPh), a manufacturing stage (FVPh) and a completion phase (FPh) together with an interference management module for handling disruptions in manufacturing or completion. The invention also relates to a corresponding device for method implementation with two databases for order and control lines.
