The carrier frame is a plate (1) that is designed to be fixed into such as a flush mounted wall socket. The center of the plate has an aperture with a number of latch elements (3) that allow such as a switch or socket module (5) to be mounted. Removal is made using a screwdriver inserted into the slots (4) to release the latching elements.
