The pasta shape has a square cross-section, preferably of at least 15 sq mm, with the solid portions (6, 7) of its outer walls (2, 3, 4, 5) comprising at least a third of its volume and having a thickness of less than 1.5 mm. The length of the shape is between about 4 and 6 cm, or between 6 and 12 times its greatest width. The inner cavities (8) have a square or other cross-section. |
