Set of olefin and maleimide copolymers consists of N-protected compounds with N-hydroxy succinimide polymer for amino groups protection

The set of olefin and maleimide copolymers comprises olefins and N-(alkoxycarbonyloxy)maleimide with an N-hydroxysuccinimide structure and a 9-fluorenyl methoxy carbonyl (Fmoc) group and e.g. benzyloxycarbonyl (Cbz). Also claimed is a process making the copolymers. CLAIMED PROCESS - The process yields N-protected compounds and N-hydroxysuccinimide polymer, and the copolymers are advantageous in N-protection of amino groups.
