PULVERIZED COAL INJECTION HOPPER IN WHICH SEPARATION TYPE FLUIDIZING PLATE IS INSTALLED

PURPOSE: A pulverized coal injection hopper in which separation type fluidizing plates are installed is provided to suppress deviation of injection quantity of pulverized coal and enable stable injection of pulverized coal and reduction of blast furnace heat variation accordingly by shortly and easily removing foreign materials on the fluidizing plates. CONSTITUTION: The pulverized coal injection hopper in which separation type fluidizing plates are installed comprises rectangular box shaped subsidiary chambers(24) connected to a feed hopper and fixed to both sides of the outer circumferential surface of the feed hopper in such a way that the subsidiary chambers(24) are symmetrical to each other; a back and forth moving cylinder(19) which is fixed to an outer surface of the subsidiary chambers(24), and through which cylinder rod(25) of the back and forth moving cylinder(19) passes so that the back and forth moving cylinder(19) makes frequent appearances toward an inner side of the feed hopper; semicircularly separated fluidizing plates(12) which are fixed onto the cylinder rod(25) of the back and forth moving cylinder(19) and seal the fixed outlet pipe in such a shape that fixed outlet pipe of the feed hopper is encircled by the fluidizing plates(12) to seal a lower side of the feed hopper; and a door plate(27) formed on an upper surface of the subsidiary chambers(24) and installed in such a way that the door plate(27) is opened and closed.
