<p>In a device for removing raindrops on an umbrella, elastic water absorption bodies are radially provided at predetermined intervals in an umbrella insertion opening of a device body, and umbrella insertion space is formed in the middle of the water absorption bodies. A closed wet umbrella is inserted in the insertion space, and umbrella panels are inserted in each of the gaps between the adjacent water absorption bodies. Raindrops on the umbrella panels are absorbed and removed by the water absorption bodies when the umbrella is slid along the insertion direction. The device has a simple structure, not requiring energy such as electric power etc, and can reliably remove raindrops in a short time. A system for promoting installation of the device performs to advertise for operators and advertisement sponsors for the device for which a server connected to a predetermined network posted an advertisement, to receive individual applications for operators and advertisement sponsors, and to transmit necessary information to an actual device administer. This enables efficient installation of the device for removing raindrops on an umbrella and promotion of popularization of the device.</p> |
