PURPOSE: A boiler having a double pipe heat exchanger is provided to reduce the size of the boiler and to improve thermal efficiency by forming a double pipe at the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: In a boiler having a double pipe heat exchanger, a plurality of fins(132) are formed at the outer surface of an outer pipe(131). An inner pipe(140) is installed in the outer pipe at predetermined intervals from the outer pipe. A plurality of ribs(140c) are formed at the outer surface of the inner pipe.
