PURPOSE: An apparatus for inspecting a coating state on a case of a portable phone is provided to easily and rapidly inspect the coating state of the portable phone by pressing the surface of the case using a frictional device. CONSTITUTION: A coating state inspecting device includes a body(1) having a control section(1'). A guide rail(11) is formed at an upper portion of the body(1) and a moving table(2) is installed on the guide rail(11). A crank device(13) and a crank rod are connected to a driving motor in order to move the moving table(2) along the guide rail(11). A fixing table(31) is provided on an upper portion of the moving table(2). A case fixing table(2') is provided in the moving table(2). A fixing tube(402) is longitudinally installed on an upper portion of the case fixing table(2'). A pressing member is protruded towards a lower end of the fixing tube(402).
