The minituarized device has strict requirements to the process of manufacture. It consists of a casing made of two parts which house a casing of a pump (52) with a nozzle (54), interlocking mechanism (62) cavity for a spring (67) with a spring (68), also containing a non-pessurized container (71) for the fluid (72) and a mechanical counter built in cavity (67) of the spring.
