PURPOSE: A measure method of blood alcohol level with an alcohol meter is provided, thereby increasing accuracy of the measurement and receiving an appropriate amount of breathing. CONSTITUTION: A measure method of blood alcohol level with an alcohol meter comprises the steps of: operating a sound-generating IC(60) with operating a start switch(SW1) at the same time by the detected; operating a detecting switch(SW2) when the sound generated from the IC(60) reaches at a certain tune to establish a detection point; and detecting the signal from a alcohol sensor(50) at the detection point, wherein the alcohol meter comprises the alcohol sensor(50), an amplifier(51), an analog-digital converter(52), CPU(53), a displayer(54), and a memory(55); and the sound-generating IC(60) generates sound of do, re, mi, fa, sol, ra, si, do, sequentially.
