PURPOSE: A door panel module assembly for a vehicle is provided to facilitate the maintenance of parts and to reduce distribution expenses following the maintenance of parts. CONSTITUTION: A door panel module assembly for a vehicle includes a quadrant cover(11); a door panel(15) combined to a door inner panel(5) of the vehicle; and a rotary combining part rotatably combining the quadrant cover to the door panel. The door panel decorates the room of the vehicle and forms a door. The rotatory combining part includes a hinge pin(23); a hinge pin-receiving part disposed to the quadrant cover to rotatably receive the hinge pin; and a hinge plate(27) having a hinge support part(29) rotatably supporting the hinge pin and a panel-combining part disposed to a position opposite to the hinge support part. The panel-combining part is combined with the door panel by a combining unit.
