PURPOSE: A portable thermo-therapy device with thermal ceramic probes to contact respective regions of human body and to generate heat useful for obtaining massage effect is provided. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a portable case(10) having a cover(11) and a first handle(12). The case(10) includes a thermal panel(30) and a power supply cord(21) connected to the panel(30) through a cable(100). The thermal panel(30) has thermal ceramic probes to indirectly contact any regions of a human body and to generate heat by a power supply through the cable(100) to massage the regions. The portable case(10) includes a key part, a display part for indicating heating temperature and heating time, a counter part for counting the heating temperature and the heating time, and a system control part to control parts of the system according to the detected signals from the key part.
