PURPOSE: A cooking rack for a microwave oven and the microwave oven having the cooking rack is provided to uniformly cook the top and bottom of food by installing heater around the top and bottom of food put on the cooking rack. CONSTITUTION: A cooking rack(20) for a microwave oven comprises an upper support unit(21) on which food is put, and a supporter(22) for supporting the upper support unit. The supporter is extended from the bottom of the upper support unit downward. A lower support unit(23) is installed at the bottom of the supporter, and supports the supporter.
