摘要 PURPOSE: A heat treatment apparatus of metal catalyst for carbon nano material is provided to mass produce carbon nano material having high quality by heat treating a large quantity of catalyst of carbon nano material having high purity and high quality and widen the application range by reducing production cost of the carbon nano material. CONSTITUTION: The heat treatment apparatus of metal catalyst for carbon nano material comprises a reactor(10) comprising a gas inflow pipe(13) in which a space part is formed, a lower part of which is formed in a semispherical shape, and into one side of an upper part of which gas is flown, an exhaust pipe(17) formed in a lower part of the reactor to exhaust reaction gas reacted with the metal catalyst(70), and a certain discharge gap(19) formed on an inner surface of an upper part of the reactor; a heating means(80) for transferring heat into the reactor in the state that the heating means surrounds a lower part of the reactor; a semispherical reaction tank(30) which is removably installed at a lower part of an inner side of the reactor, and in which a space part for containing the metal catalyst is formed; a driving motor(50) arranged on an upper part of an opening and closing cover(11); a mixing means for continuously agitating the metal catalyst contained in the reaction tank by receiving driving force from the driving motor to maximize reactivity by uniformly reacting gas flown in through the gas inflow pipe with the metal catalyst contained in the reaction tank in the high temperature state through heat impressed to the reactor from the heating means; a recovery tank(20) connected to a lower part of the reactor to recover the impurity contained liquid in case liquid containing impurities formed on an inner wall of the reactor generated during the heat treatment process is flown down along the inner wall of the reactor; and a recovery hose(21) one end of which is connected to the discharge gap of the reactor, and the other end of which is connected to the recovery tank to recover the liquid formed on the inner wall of an upper part of the reactor through an outer part of the reactor.
