TERMINAL FOR ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

PURPOSE: A terminal for an electronic commerce is provided to load secure application module which transmits and receives data to IC cards according to service provider and executes a business related to a commodity price payment and an IC card charging process in a single open platform card according to many businessmen. CONSTITUTION: An open platform card(110) includes many secure application modules(111-111n). The loaded secure application modules(111-111n) according to many service providers execute businesses related to a purchase/payment and a card charging process through a data transmission/receipt to a corresponding IC card(200) being connected from an exterior. A reading unit(120) reads an ATR(Answer To Response) of the IC card(200) being connected from an exterior. A service provider classification unit(130) classifies a service provider of the IC card(200) using an inherent identification number of the read ATR. A central control unit(140) searches a secure application module corresponded to the classified service provider in secure application modules according to many service providers loaded in the open platform card(110) and executes a general control for performing various businesses such as a data authentication, a purchase/payment, an electronic payment, and an IC card charging process in accordance with a data transmission/receipt to a corresponding secure application module and the IC card(200).
