PURPOSE: A shutter is provided to reciprocate a shutter plate, which is bent by wind pressure or external pressure, smoothly and noiselessly without separating from a guide rail. CONSTITUTION: A shutter contains a shutter plate(2) placed in a wall of a building to face each other and connected to the inside of a guide rail provided with a projection, and a movable plate(8) provided with a fixed shaft(7) coupled with a bearing(6) and interposed to both sides of the shutter plate(2) to be moved along the shutter plate(2), wherein an open-cut groove(9) is formed on the front of the movable plate and fitted to a reinforcing support(4) formed in an inner space of the shutter plate(2).
