PURPOSE: A device for loading passengers of a vehicle is provided to prevent accidents, simply operate, and improve convenience for users by operating front seats by passengers sat on rear seats when passengers get on the front seats. CONSTITUTION: A device for loading passengers of a vehicle is composed of a front seat(100), a movement-regulating lever(200), an auxiliary regulating lever(300), and an intermitting device. The front seat includes a seat cushion(110), a seat back(120), and an angle-regulating lever(130) mounted at the boundary of the seat cushion and the seat back to regulate a tilt angle of the seat back. The movement-regulating lever is positioned at the front of the seat cushion to slide the front seat back and forth. The auxiliary regulating lever is arranged at the side of the seat back and connected to the movement regulating lever and the angle-regulating lever by a cable. The intermitting device disposed at the seat cushion of the front seat selectively combines and separates a combination state of the angle and movement regulating levers.
