PURPOSE: An improved umbrella handle is provided, which is capable of advertising with an increased display area and has an aesthetically pleasing appearance. CONSTITUTION: The umbrella handle(1-1) is made of a transparent material and comprises: an inner cap(2) having a rib receiving recess(2-1), a shaft threaded portion(3), an outer circumferential surface(4), a bottom surface(5), and a pad connecting groove(7); and an outer cap(10) having an inner cap connecting groove(11), wherein the outer circumferential surface(4) and bottom surface(5) are used as an advertising layer(6), a separately provided pad ring(8) is inserted into and is integrally formed with the pad connecting groove(7) of the inner cap(2), and the inner cap(2) is inserted into the inner cap connecting groove(11) of the outer cap(10) to be integrally injection-molded.
