PURPOSE: A control circuit of an ESP(Electronic Stability Program) for a vehicle is provided to supply a small and lightweight ESP modulator block without mounting a low-pressure accumulator to a reflux line and to cut down manufacturing and assembling cost by reducing the number of parts. CONSTITUTION: A control circuit of an ESP for a vehicle is composed of a brake line(30) forming a passage feeding braking pressure generated in a master cylinder(10) to wheel brakes(20); an HCU(Hydraulic Control Unit) controlling the brake line; an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) controlling the HCU; a suction line(32) branched from a reflux line(31) of an inlet of a hydraulic pump(44) and connected to a storage tank(11) installed to the master cylinder; a check valve(60) installed at the upper part of the spot at which the suction line is branched off from the reflux line; an ESP solenoid valve(45) installed at the upper part of the spot at which the reflux line is joined with the brake line, normally opened; and a hydraulic sensor(52) installed to the upper of the ESP solenoid valve and connected with the ECU.
