METHOD FOR PREPARING MICROBIAL PREPARATION HAVING EXCELLENT DECOMPOSABILITY OF BAD-SMELLING GAS AND ORGANIC MATTERS AND SYNTHETIC MEDIUM SUITABLE FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for preparing microbial preparation having excellent decomposability of bad-smelling gas and organic matters and a synthetic medium suitable for preparing the same are provided. The microbial preparation can actively grow in and remove bad smell from the excretion of livestock. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing microbial preparation having excellent decomposability of bad-smelling gas and organic matters comprises the steps of: (a) collecting a sample containing high concentration of organic matters and microorganisms from the soil, excretion or humus; (b) culturing the sample in a synthetic medium to obtain a first cultured medium actively growing in the presence of high concentration of organic matters; (c) immobilizing the cultured medium to a carrier; and (d) mixing the cultured medium-carrier with amino acids and nutrition salt and drying the mixture to water content of 10% or less, wherein the synthetic medium contains 4.17g of glucose, 1.08g of ammonium sulfate, 0.37g of K2HPO4, 0.22g of urea, 0.17g of peptone, and 0.23g of sodium thiosulfate.
