PURPOSE: A fixing device for a winding roll is provided to reduce working hours by quickly and easily assembling and disassembling the fixing device. CONSTITUTION: A device for fixing a winding roll is composed of a case(1) having a handle(10), a nut installed in the case and divided into two parts(21,22), protrusions(23) formed at the divided nuts, hinge shafts(24) formed at the divided nuts, a tightening unit(3) having long holes(30) into which the protrusions are inserted and shaft holes(31) into which the hinge shafts are inserted, a handle(33) rotating the tightening unit, and a cover(4) coupled to the case.
