The invention relates to an electrical connector part which can be fitted together with a matching connector part, thereby producing an electrical connection. The inventive connector part has a housing with a front face and at least one plug contact disposed in the area of the front face, and a decoupling device for detaching the connector part from the matching connector part. Said decoupling device comprises an actuating device and a tappet which can be displaced out of the front face by means of the actuating device. The aim of the invention is to improve the aforementioned connector part in such a way that the decoupling device can be remote-activated and that the connector part has a simple constructive design. According to the invention, the actuating device can therefore be activated by supplying it with power.
