LAMINATED FILM

A laminate film having a substrate layer and, provided at least one surface thereof, a coating layer, characterized in that the substrate layer is a oriented film comprising polyethylene naphthalene dicarboxylate and having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.45 to 0.70 dl/g, said laminated film has a haze of 0.5 per 100 mum of the thickness of the film, both of a* and b* values in L*a*b* system are -2.0 to +2.0 per 100 mum of the thickness of the film, as measured by the transmission measurement method, and a face orientation coefficient of 0.15 to 0.30. The laminated film is excellent in impact resistance, transparency and hue, and is reduced with respect to the precipitation of oligomers during the processing thereof.
