The invention refers to the internal combustion engines, in particular to the piston engines with opposed cylinders and mechanism without connecting rod for transformation of the reciprocating motion of the pistons into rotary motion of the operating shaft. The internal combustion engine contains two opposite cylinders with different working volumes and one common piston. The combustion chambers of the cylinders communicate with the crank chambers. Into the cylinder with a greater volume there is placed a glass, mobile about the axis of the cylinder, and onto the operating shaft of the engine it is fixed an angular rod. The rod is kinematically joined with two parallel racks with the possibility of simultaneously transmitting the glass the reciprocating and the rotary motions.Claims: 6Fig.: 2 |
