PURPOSE: Installation structure of a towing hook mounting bracket for a vehicle is provided to cut down expenses and reduce the number of parts and weight by fastening a spare tire with integrating a spare tire mounting bracket and the towing hook mounting bracket and by assembling the towing hook mounting bracket with the towing hook. CONSTITUTION: A spare tire well panel(2) is formed in the rear part of a rear floor panel of a vehicle to contain a spare tire, and a towing hook(3) towing the vehicle is welded into the spare tire well panel in a towing hook mounting bracket(10). A flange part of the towing hook mounting bracket is combined with the upper part of the spare tire well panel by welding when the towing hook is welded into the lower part of the towing hook mounting bracket. A spare tire mounting hole(11) is formed corresponding to the center of the spare tire well panel and protruded upward to fasten the spare tire.
