PURPOSE: An electric shocker is provided to discharge conductive liquid such as water applied with a high voltage up to some extent to suppress a lawbreaker. CONSTITUTION: An electric shocker discharges conductive liquid applied with a cathode and an anode to make an electric shock. A replaceable cartridge has a driving valve(10) for filling the conductive and discharging the conductive liquid on pulling a trigger(80), a tube(40) of rubber filling with the conductive liquid, and a differential valve(50) filled with air. On pulling the trigger, the conductive liquid is discharged with the contractile force of the tube and the air pressure in an air chamber(61). A nozzle(30) contacts to the cathode and the anode at the end of the driving valve.
