THERMAL PLATE HAVING THERMOELECTRIC MODULE

PURPOSE: A thermal plate having a thermoelectric module is provided to precisely control the surface temperature of the thermal plate by controlling the surface temperature of the thermal plate in each section unit. CONSTITUTION: A thermal plate includes a lower plate(11) having superior thermal conductivity. A thermal block(12) is placed on the lower plate(11). Plural thermoelectric modules(13) are aligned on the thermal block(12). An upper plate(14) is screw-coupled to the lower plate(11). Plural temperature sensors are aligned between the thermoelectric elements(13) and the upper plate(14). Lead wires connected to the thermoelectric elements(13) are collected in a thermoelectric element power connector. A temperature controller connector is connected to a temperature controller.
