PURPOSE: An ignition and combustion device is provided to easily perform initial ignition, and to smoothly burn fuel. CONSTITUTION: An ignition and combustion device is composed of an air supply tube(20) having an air nozzle(21), a main fuel supply tube(30) covering the outer circumference of the air supply tube and having a fuel discharge port(31) covering the outer circumference of the air nozzle, a gas supply tube(50) having a gas discharge port adjacent to the fuel discharge port, a valve(70) installed at the middle part of the main fuel supply tube, and a bimetal. The bimetal(40) is heated by flame, and operates the valve.
