Existing data created by certain software can easily be used by another software or for another object. This object can be achieved as follows. Existing data created by a specific software object is analyzed and converted into an instruction description string executed for creating the data by the software object. This instruction description string is converted into a function description expression using a natural language which can be understood by a user. From this function description expression, meaningful information is acquired and added tot he function description expression, thereby creating a request description expression. This request description expression is described by a natural language and includes all the information required for reproducing the original data.
