CRASH PAD FOR VEHICLE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A crash pad for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and the assembly process without the installation of an air bag door at a crash pad. CONSTITUTION: An air bag module(24) for a vehicle is displaced in a crash pad(22). A laser beam is radiated onto a lower portion of the crash pad to form a plurality of development holes(36) as to develop the air bag module in a certain pressure. The development holes are formed in certain intervals from the lower portion of the crash pad with different depths by the laser beam to arrange the development holes among same depth portions in a repetition manner.
