PURPOSE: A vehicle panel welding device is provided to efficiently carry out a welding work with respect to an elongated workpiece by utilizing a single cylinder having a short stroke. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle panel welding device includes a fixing device(1) for fixing a position of a workpiece, a welding device(10) for welding the workpiece, and an adjuster(5) fixed to the fixing device(1) in order to expand a stroke of the welding device(10). The fixing device(1) includes a locater(2) for positioning the workpiece, and a clamp(4) for fixing the workpiece. The clamp(4) is coupled to one end of a clamp cylinder(3). The welding device(10) has a supporting frame(11) and a single-type welding gun cylinder(12). The single-type welding gun cylinder(12) moves an upper shank(15) towards the workpiece.
