PURPOSE: A heat exchanger with a wave fin is provided to improve heat efficiency by integrally forming the fins and a tube through rolling process, and forming the fins to be wavy so that heat remains between the fins for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger has integrated tubes(120) comprising a tube(121) and fins(122) integrally formed by rolling process, inserted to auxiliary panels, and connected with connecting tubes, an inlet tube and an outlet tube. The fins of the heat exchanger are formed integrally with the tube. The fins are spirally and circularly formed on an outside of the tube to be wavy. The fins are formed wavy by rolling process during forming the fins on the tube, or by a mechanical unit after the tube and the fins are formed by rolling process. Heat flows through a space between the tube and the fins when the heat exchanger with the wavy fins is supplied with heat from a combustion chamber. Heat flows through a bent channel with increased distance to transmit more heat to the heat exchanger, and is discharged through an outlet. Waves formed on the fin is formed as the fins are spirally formed centering on the tube, and bent wavily centering on the tube.
