PURPOSE: A horny layer cleaner piling up shavings is provided to effectively peel horny layer from the skin without damaging the skin, and to enable simple and sanitary collection and disposal of peeled horny layer debris. CONSTITUTION: The horny layer cleaner piling up shavings comprises a collecting member(10) which is open at the upper side thereof so as to define a collecting recess(11), and a pile member(20) which is separably coupled to the collecting recess and is formed at an upper surface thereof with a peel-off pile(21). The pile member is further formed with a plurality of holes for allowing peeled horny layer debris to enter the collecting recess, and debris backflow preventing tubes.
