ULTRA LIGHT HIGH-STRENGTH FOAM METAL PANEL, THE MANUFACTURING METHOD AND DEVICE OF PANEL

PURPOSE: An ultra light high-strength foam metal panel is provided to keep sound-absorbing efficiency, to enhance strength, and to manufacture foam metal panels continuously. CONSTITUTION: The ultra light high-strength foam metal panel is formed by interposing a wire net(12) to one side of a foam panel(11), then placing a steel plate(13) right above. The manufacturing method for the ultra light high-strength foam metal panel comprises the steps of: after fusing metal, adding a thickener to the melt(11'); obtaining foam metal by adding a blowing agent in the melt(11'), then foaming the melt(11'); manufacturing a foam metal panel(11) by drawing the foam metal between a pair of rollers(24) at the semi-coagulated state of the foam metal and supplying wire nets(12) and steel plates(13) continuously to one side of a pair of rollers(24); and cooling down the panel(11).
