PURPOSE: An open/shut sensing device using a magnet of a speaker is provided to sense an open/shut state of a cellular phone by using the magnet of the speaker and a magnetic line sensor chip, thereby reducing the number of parts and entire size. CONSTITUTION: A body(210) mounts a PCB(250) thereon, and supplies a terminal service to a user. A folder(220) mounts an earpiece for supplying an LCD and a voice thereon, and gives the terminal service to the user. A hinge(230) connects the body(210) with the folder(220). A speaker magnet(240) is mounted on an earpiece speaker mounted inside of the folder(220), and forms a magnetic line. The PCB(250) is mounted on the body(210), and has a hole sensor(251) in a position where a change of the magnetic line is sensed. The hole sensor(251) senses the change of the magnetic line, and determines whether to open or shut a terminal device.
