PURPOSE: Provided are a method of preparing cordyceps militaris cultured in glutinous rice badge, and the kimchi made therefrom. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises the steps of: culturing cordyceps militaris in a glutinous or brown rice badge containing 25-40wt.% of moisture; and adding the cordyceps militaris to kimchi seasoning and fermenting it to make various kimchi with cabbage, cucumber or Welsh onion.
