PURPOSE: Provided is a foaming cleanser for a drain port, which foams quickly on contacting water, has excellent bleaching and cleaning effect and shelf stability, and is applied with ease. CONSTITUTION: The foaming cleanser for a drain port is characterized by comprising 1-30 wt% of a bleaching agent, 10-90 wt% of a foaming agent formed of a water soluble organic acid and carbonate, 0.1-20 wt% of a surfactant and 0.1-20 wt% of other additives. In particular, the foaming agent contains an organic acid and a carbonate in the ratio of 1:0.5-1:5. Further, the composition is prepared in the form of a powder, a foaming tablet, a sheet and a film.
