A heat sink retaining clip has two fixed 121 and two pivotable 14 legs, and a central portion 11 which is urged against the heat sink B to hold it firmly against a CPU. The fixed legs are disposed on one side of the clip, and are joined together by a bar 12 of heat conductive material. The movable legs are on the opposite side of the clip, pivotally mounted on another bar 13. All the legs have hooked ends. The two movable legs may be joined together, and the fixed legs, central portion and bars may be formed integrally by stamping. |
