An outdoor-installed power conditioner device, comprising a casing (1) having an outer box (2) and a cover (3), the outer box (2) further comprising a first projected line part (7) provided on the upper surface of the outer box (2) at the outer peripheral edge part (5) thereof specifying an opening part (4) and projectedly extending to the outside of the outer box (2), the cover (3) further comprising a second projected line part (10) provided at a position opposed to the first projected line part (7), wherein the first and second projected line parts (7, 10) are fitted to each other along the extending directions thereof in the state of the opening part (4) of the outer box (2) closed by the cover (3), whereby the interior of the casing can be protected against external factors such as rain water and dust.
