PURPOSE: An image sensor having parallel analogue buses and a thermally driven part is provided to improve the transmission speed of analogue buses of the image sensor without increasing the power consumption or deteriorating the screen quality. CONSTITUTION: An image sensor having parallel analogue buses and a thermally driven part includes a pixel array part(40) for disposing n pixels traversely and m pixels longitudinally to maximize the characteristics to react on light, thereby sensing information for images input from the outside. A buffering part(41) receives the signals output from the pixel array part to carrying out buffering. First and second bus lines(42a,42b) respectively transmit odd(or even) row signals of the pixel array part among the signals transmitted from the buffering part. A selecting part(43) outputs the signals transmitted via either one of the first and second bus lines. An amplification part(44) amplifies the output from the selecting part.
