APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATICALLY STEERING LOOPER CAR

PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically steering looper car is provided which suppresses skewness of the looper car and prevents the looper car from being separated from track accordingly by automatically controlling proceeding direction of traveling wheels correspondingly to traveling rails during reciprocation of the looper car. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a rotation base(41) rotationally fixed to one side of a lower surface of transfer car(16); a traveling wheel frame(23) fixed to a lower surface of the rotation base(41); traveling wheels(11) rotationally fixed to a lower surface of the traveling wheel frame(23) and rested on traveling rails(13) so that the traveling wheels(11) are slidingly guided; an automatic steering lever(24) which is fixed to both surfaces of the traveling wheel frame(23) and arranged in a direction parallel to the traveling rails(13), and at both ends of which connection box is installed; and a plurality of guide wheels(22) elastically installed at the connection box of the automatic steering lever(24) through coil spring(33) and arranged on both surfaces of the traveling rails(13) in such a way that the plurality of guide wheels(22) are contacted with and supported to the traveling rails(13).
