PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling dew point of an absorption type dehumidification system is provided to improve regenerating efficiency of absorbent by preventing excessive dropping of cooling temperature of regenerating air during cooling step of regenerating process, and improving operating efficiency by switching absorption towers depending on set dew point. CONSTITUTION: A dehumidification system includes a first absorption tower(1) and a second absorption tower(2) having absorbent built therein; a direction switching part switching flowing direction of compressed air supplied to the absorption towers to allow one of the absorption tower to execute dehumidification while the other of the absorption tower to execute regeneration; a control panel having an electronic valve and a timer controlling operation of the direction switching part and built therein; and a regeneration part comprising a regenerating cooler(9) and a regenerating moisture separator(10) to selectively regenerate one of the absorption towers. An apparatus comprises a temperature controller(31) installed on a tube extended from lower parts of the absorption towers to sense temperature of circulating regenerating air; a regenerating air cut-off valve(32) installed on a tube connected with an outlet of the regenerating moisture separator to cut off circulation of regenerating air depending on cooling temperature of the regenerating air sensed by the temperature controller; and a dew point meter(33) installed on a tube extended from upper parts of the absorption towers.
