PURPOSE: A thermal insertion type flow rate measuring device is provided to precisely measure a flow rate of fluid by measuring the flow rate of fluid at the whole area of a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A thermal insertion type flow rate measuring device includes a DC power feeding device(21), at least one fluid temperature sensing section(22,22'), a voltage selecting section(24), at least one heat-loss sensing section(25,25'), a voltage variation measuring section(23) and a CPU(26). The DC power feeding device(21) supplies first and second static voltage and operating voltage. The fluid temperature sensing sections(22,22') have at least one sensor. The voltage selecting section(24) outputs one of first and second static voltage. The heat-loss sensing sections(25,25') have at least one sensor.
