PURPOSE: A garbage treater comprising hollow type circular heating plate and pulverizing blades is provided to treat garbage hygienically, safely and conveniently by completely powdering garbage through the pulverizing blade using electric power and converting electricity into thermal energy so that the pulverized powder is completely dried. CONSTITUTION: The garbage treater comprising hollow type circular heating plate(5) and pulverizing blades(4) is characterized in that the garbage treater is constructed in a main body structure comprising upper structure and lower structure to be disassembled and assembled, the upper structure is formed in a cylindrical container(1) an upper part of which is wide, a lower part of which is narrow, an upper surface of which is opened, and an inner part of which is empty so that garbage is contained in the container, pulverizing blades having thin thickness are mounted in four directions on a central part of a lower surface of the upper cylindrical container, a circular cover having thin thickness is inserted into thus connected to a part where an upper surface of the upper cylindrical container is opened, the circular cover is constructed in such a structure that round bar type handle is horizontally integrated into a central part of the circular cover so that circular groove is formed on a lower part of the handle, the circular groove provides an action space of the hand of the user when a user grips the handle, a handle is connected to an outer surface part of one side of the cylindrical container of the upper structure by a connector formed of a thin and small horizontal plate, the horizontally connected connector is connected to the handle by bolting bolts at upper and lower horizontal parts of the handle, and the handle has a rectangular parallelopiped cross section and is made of a plastic material.
